Section 9
Punishment for national servant who prepares false document
If any national servant who has the duty to prepare any document prepares any such document with the intention of harming the government of Nepal or government agency or public institution or any person, he shall be imprisoned for three months to one year depending on the amount of the offense and from ten thousand rupees. The fine will be up to fifty thousand rupees.
